DIGITAL, GRAPHIC, AND LITERARY AMPLIFICATION OF PROGRESSIVE POLITICAL PROJECTS

MISSION

Since 2011, Delta_Ark has tracked and amplified the rise of progressive groups in the United States that work on fair housing and ecological advocacy.

CLIENTS

Delta_Ark has created installations on behalf of Occupy Providence, Building #13 Squat, the Anti-Eviction Mapping Project, Biome Arts, Wetland, and Swale.

DATA MINING

Delta_Ark interviews members of these groups and scrapes their social data, remixing this information into poetic prose that is displayed alongside a custom-built animated logo.

SIGNS

These site-situated literature-heavy logos inform outsiders about the group’s values while also providing a description of what it is like to engage with its social and political practices.

R&D

Delta_Ark is exploring several new technologies (webAR, lidar-scanning and machine learning) for new projects on 21st century sovereignty (migration, regeneration villages and crypto nations).

SOCIALS

You can join Delta_Ark’s active digital community and support network here. You can follow Delta_Ark via twitter, instagram and github; on those sites, you’ll see many of Delta_Ark’s current experiments.
